In a typically Mediterranean landscape, wander around the lagoon to explore the vineyards and taste the oysters of the Thau lagoon.
Meet your guide on the Esplanade de l’Europe at 10am. You will start the day with a visit to a tradionnal Laguedoc wine estate settled in the middle of the vineyrad bathed in sunshine and refreshed by the sea breeze.. You will visit the vinification cellar and the oak barrel cellar before tasting their wide range of white, red and rosé wines. Your guide will then drive you to an authentic oyster farm by the lagoon. Learn about this little known production and enjoy oysters that may still be in the water at the beginning of your visit. Do not miss the typical white wine of the region, ideal companion of your shellfish: the famous Picpoul de Pinet.
